Online Math Teacher (Part Time)
Duty Description:
- Facilitate math lessons of Filipino children ages 3-11
- Note and give feedback to students based on set guidelines
- Report about lessons, student feedback, recommendations, etc. in the regular manner to the center manager
- Adhering to lesson and training schedules and guidelines set by the head office
- Administering Trial lessons if needed
Basic Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in speaking the English language
- A valid diploma or proof of graduation, NBI clearance, and a government-issued ID
- Experience in teaching Math to young learners ages 3-11 is an advantage
- A professional teacher’s license is preferred
Schedule
Availability to teach between these times
(each lesson lasts 50 minutes):
10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Mondays to Sundays)
Technical Requirements:
- A desktop or laptop
- Operating System: Windows 7 or above or Mac
- CPU: Intel Core i3 6th gen and above/i5 to i7 4th gen and up/AMD A Series A8 7500 and above/AMD Ryzen
- Memory: At least 4GB of RAM with a minimum of 100GB free hard disk space available
- A headset with an extended microphone and noise-cancelling features
- A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam (with at least 720p resolution)
- A wired DSL, Wi-Fi or Fiber Internet connection of at least 1.5 Mbps (LTE, USB sticks & wireless connections are not allowed)
Teaching Environment
- A quiet, clutter-free, and well-lit space in your home with a plain background, preferably white. (Ring light recommended)
- Educators must be presentable, no casual attire
